A SWEET reason to run – support your favorite National Park!

What do road runners, hikers, trail runners and walkers all have in common?
We love the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and we love to eat!
This year pancakes and a bottle of local Ohio maple syrup are included with your race registration.
Flap Jack & Jill 5k/15k

Jack and Jill ran up lots of hills to fetch a plate of pancakes! You won’t have to on this flat and fast course through the CVNP.

The 2nd annual Flap Jack & Jill 5K and 15K is a sweet (literally) way to show your support for the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Pick your distance for this out and back course on the Historic Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail then join your fellow runners for a delicious all you can eat pancake breakfast at Stanford House. Feast on buttery pancakes, fruit salad, and coffee in the great company of runners, park lovers, and pancake enthusiasts.
