The sections of the race will be run loosely based on the 8-person relay legs. Please click on the links below to view more details about each training run.
These are self-aided runs, so please bring water and any fuel you might need. Many of the areas of the parks do not have drinking water available so please plan accordingly. We will run together as a group. In the event there are others who know the course, we may split into smaller groups based on pace and reassemble at critical trail intersections.
